I have visited this restaurant many times before, bringing friends family. It has always been a pleasant experience each time. The food is delicious and many options include great topping sauces. The portions of food are very good for the price. I’ve never had problems here I would totally recommend to someone.

This is a great spot. Just what I was looking for! The machaca burrito is beautiful. It makes a mess burrito to eat, but I like to add pico de gallo and get a side of crema. Definitely recommend!
The salsa bar is a plus as well!

Food was good here. I forgot to take the pic of the food until after I started eating so y'all get 1 of 3 tacos. The service was alright. I read one of the comments which said it's the best and it was just alright to me. The person who assisted me wasn't rude or anything like that, but the service didn't have that genuinely great vibe. Just the same, the agua fresca sección with the horchatas on the side was great! I had coconut horchata and I loved it. If you want ice and you decide to get something the the sua fresca section you have to go to the soda machine which is on the other side of the restaurant (which isn't far, the place isn't huge). Aside from that, the food had nice flavor and they do still have salsa verde y roja, it's just not out anymore because of covid so they'll ask you or you have to ask them for it. The music was great. There was a top 100 type of channel playing something and the music from back was slightly audible and it was in Spanish. I liked both so I was happy.

The staff provides one of the best customer service experiences. The food was amazing as well. Everything from the tacos to burritos was outstanding. Although it could be a little cleaner, I will still come back to this shop again!

My family just moved to Payson, and we heard good things about Don Chuy's Taco Shop. I went there last Saturday to get some food. I called my wife as I looked at the menu. We were both suprised by the size of the menu. She said she wanted Chile Reinos so I tried to order them. while putting in the order the server said, one moment went back to the kitchen and then came back and said 'Sorry we are out of of those."

Okay then her next choice was Tamales. So I asked for those. "Sorry we are out of those", okay can I get a Carne Asada Plate, "Sorry out of that too!"

By this time I just left, thinking if they don't have my top three choices oh well.

I returned on Thursday after being told by my neighbors and some friends it must have just been a fluke. However this time I ordered the chile rienos. The server said "one moment" went to the kitchen and returned to say, "we have just enough for 1 order". GREAT! I thought. so i ordered to plates of food both served with Tortillas. It wasn't FAST service but not bad. I went home opened the bag and there were NO TORTILLAS. none. Just the food. I went back to the store. No "I am sorry" no nothing just un cheerfully got my tortillas.

I am done. Not going back. The food was okay but not great. I had the carnitas and my wife had the chile reinos. We will just drive to Orem for better Mexican food in the future, or cook it ourselves.

Edit. Went back found glass in my burrito. Beware

A friend recommended this place but the service was very disappointing. We called so many times to do a take out order but they never answered the phone. I used the google app to order and thats how i was able to get my order in. We went on the drive thru but the lady at the window was very rude. For sure we wont be back!

The carne asada fries were muy delicioso. The service was friendly and yes we waited but it’s not fast fast food. It was well worth the wait.

I really enjoyed the tacos, I got carne asada and the grilled chicken. They did a really good job with the meats and they had a few sauces available at their salsa bar. For the price as well, I was pleased with how full I got as well.
I only have one gripe, I did notice it could have been a little cleaner. This why only the 4 star review.
