They won’t deliver our mail because our mailbox isn’t in a convenient location for them. When asked where we need to move it, she said she didn’t have time to tell us and left. Our mail box is a couple feet off of the main road just like all of our neighbors. She also will honk the horn multiple times so she doesn’t have to get out of her car to deliver a package . Very annoying and disrespectful.

I live in Ashland and sadly this post office has caused several issues for me returning important mail after being listed as "moved with no return address" which I hadn't. The employees at the counter are usually friendly and very helpful. I have forwarded all my mail to the PO box from now on and I guess eventually it will be recognized as forwarded.

I had them to hold my mail for a few days and one of the ladies is so rude to me. When I ask her for my mail she always says that there isn't any today without even looking to see.
