Carrie at Kustom Container did an excellent job taking care of me during my purchase of two 45' shipping containers. The add-on of a lock box and custom paint that I ordered was flawless. Kirk was an awesome driver and delivered the container through a gate that only a true professional could weave it through! They did a great job for me and I was very pleased. Highly recommended.

The container I purchased from them is just as they promised, clean and seal tight. I've had it for a year now and ran into a personal issue of ownership and such. The folks at Kustom Container helped me through it and provided me with excellent customer service; the kind one don't often see anymore these days.

Dishonest company with poor customer service and communication.
We purchased a container and scheduled a delivery 2 weeks out for an 8:00am first delivery because we were headed out of town. We were told we would get a call the day before. No one called. At 8:30 morning of delivery, no one had called or showed up. We called and they said they were backed up due to Zion flooding and could be there in 2 hours. We had arranged our entire day around this delivery and had moved the travel trailer and other things that morning. We asked why no one had called and the woman said she had just gotten to the office. If it was due to Zion flooding they would have known more than just the morning of. She continued to change her story about why the delivery was late with zero communication. The delivery was rescheduled, but she couldn't guarantee a time even thought we had already been blown off once. Wish I could cancel this order but we already paid.

I recently went into Kustom Container to inquire about a container. So many containers to choose from. Carrie was a great at helping me find what I needed. I ended up purchasing two containers that day. I am throughly satisfied. I would definitely recommend them to anyone thats in the market for a container.
