They do a great job. Very courteous and professional in the way they handle themselves. I needed to get rid of a number of cans of Latex paint, but wasn't sure just how to do that. I called Valley and talked to Shannon. She was great. She explained everything clearly, sent my the plastic bags and instructions quickly and told me to give them a call back if I had any questions or other waste service requests. I really appreciate great service - thanks Shannon!

I have always had a great experience with Valley Waste! They have great customers service which makes all the difference to consumers these days. I had the pleasure of speaking to Shannon the other day about a billing issue and she was so personable that we were laughing on the phone together during the call. I cannot say more positive things about Ms Jamie. Her kindness patience and compassion towards my personal situation in getting my bill caught up made it so much easier to "face the music" and get it up to date as quickly as I could. There was no shaming no demands..just pure concern and compassion. Dare I say I was excited to get my bill paid? I felt like I had my own personal cheerleader!

I had to call Customer Service bc our trash was not picked up (we were brand new to the neighborhood). I had Barbara as a rep. She was terrific. She contacted the driver, who actually returned and picked up the trash (kudos to the driver also). Nowadays the customer service places is not great. My experience with Barbara and customer service at Valley Waste was remarkable.

Valley waste did not pick up a bag of garbage on my regular scheduled day. I called the day of scheduled pick up and explained to the customer service person Shannon that a bag of garage was not picked up. She said she would put a work order in for it and it would be pick up. Monday is my day for pick up. I called back on Tuesday at 3:30 no one came to get the bag. She said they will be there on Wednesday. I called Wednesday at 3:30 and told her no picked up my bag. She said they will be there on Thursday. I called Friday and told her the bag was still not picked up. She said yes it was it was marked as picked up. I then went to look in my can again and the bag was still there so I called back and told her that the garage employee did not pick the bag up and it was still in my can. She said they will be there on Saturday and do not put any other bags of garage in the can. Saturday came and went and my garbage is still sitting on my curb to be picked up. What company does this. The operation is seriously in need of some attention. How poor to even say that my garage was picked up and I’m looking at the bag in my can. Who does that !! I will be looking up the CEO of the company and sending him a letter.
