We got our wood pellets here for years until my father in law ordered 2 tons of them this summer during they're sale, they informed us we could not pay over the phone, then when we asked when they needed picked up by, they said that it didn't matter when. We then went to pick them up and they REFUSED to honor they're reduced price wince it was after theyre date for discounted price, after they wouldn't take payment over the phone or wouldn't give us a pick up date by. We will never return and lost a whole family of customers due to lack of management and organization.
