Inspection bay is absolutely USELESS! The "boss" doesn't do anything at all, and the "lead" isn't much better, the only regular employee here doesn't even know how to fix a brake light. They make you wait forever to even get to a bay and then when they get there they don't even know how to fix the freaking problem! If this is a contracted company they sure don't want to do their jobs.

SLOW SLOW SLOW BETTER BRING BREAKFAST LUNCH DINNER WHEN YOU BRING YOUR OWN CHASSIS TO PICK UP CONTAINER I SPENT 10 HOURS ONE DAY AND 5 HOURS ANOTHER DAY!!! AND TODAY IM HERE WAITING STILL THEY NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER LIKE BNSF DOES MOVES REALLY FAST ALSO BNSF HAS CRANES ON EVERY LANE WHERE THEY HAVE THERE STACKS!!! UNION PACIFIC HAS FORKLIFTS MOVING THESE CONTAINERS SMH GET IT TOGETHER ASAP

Worthless employees. They’ll park the container without updating the location. Have you looking for it for hours, and better hope you don’t need a split.

This is the proof that when the corporation have the intention of providing great service they can..!
Union Pacific increased the speed limit in their facility, also they change the entire system now we can pass the check point in just 2 seconds that’s amazing..!

Computers and app are not reliable. Employees have no customer service skills training, need to be more professional and courteous. It would make it more of an enjoyable experience. However it is a clean and well kept place.

Their computers are slow and they rarely work properly. The employees do not care about their contractors(owner operators). Their repair department is atrocious. The repairmen take their time,which is an hour or more to do simple repairs.The employees do nothing to combat a long line situation or a truck stuck at a computer. I hate going here.
