Great people delivery appt @ 1800 checked ✔️ in 1300 i was assigned a door right away unloading started 1400 out 1700

Had a 6:30 am appointment. Showed up on time. Was sent to a door. And was unloaded by 7:30 am. Personal was very polite. Had no problems. Would be 5 stars if there was a drivers bathroom.

On 2/24/25 at 5 pm security guard was busy on his phone and he kept me at the guard check for 15 minutes when I checked in at the receiver office I was told that you are late 15 minutes. other than they are 10/10

Stopped here today with a couple pallets, last stop of a multi stop load and yes I was a bit early but the receiver clerk said "that's not my job that's second shift" so I had to sit on the load for 8 hours which bothers me because the place was super slow also. I know good employees are hard to find but damn. Bad load, bad people to deal with

I was delivering live load I got held up at the gate because I didnt have access code which was not given to. I was considered late by the time I reached the receiving office after waiting for 30mins at the gate. My load was rescheduled for the following day. BEFORE GOING THERE ENSURE YOU HAVE THE ACCESS CODE TO GET IN.

You need a pin to get in. Nobody knows what the pin is. They open the gate for trucks to turn around, you can drive a truck around the gate, but you can't be unloaded without the pin.

For future reference, 0430 appointment doesn't mean anything to these people. Msg said to check in at door 23, no one showed up there until 0500, after I've been standing there for half an hour. Then they gave me a dock that has a trailer already in it so now I have to continue to wait until their yard dog gets around to moving it. Oh, but, they have a sign on the door that they are strictly by appointment and if you're late you will have to reschedule. It's an hour after my appointment and I'm still not in a door.
