Scottish Festival!! Good turnout of people, could've easily accommodated more. The games had the most competitors I've ever seen at one of these in Alabama. Was great to watch!! Should've been more food trucks. Only one?

Loved this campground! Beautiful place. The camp hosts are very nice! They have a playground at the campground and another bigger one across and into another part of the park. They also have an 18-hole Disc golf course. They do have a swimming pool but is only available for the months of June and July, it has a daily fee for use. We walked the perimeter of the park. It's about 3 miles. There is also a walking track across the road that is paved. Lots of pavilions are available to use. There is also a pond if you like to fish. Permits on site. I also believe you need a fishing liscese. The picture of the disc golf course gives you an idea as to how big this place is! They give you a key, with a deposit when you check in. They close the gates around sunset. Our site, #7, wasn't level. Had to use boards under front tires. If you have a smaller camper, it may not be an issue. We have a 40-foot class A. FHU $35 WE $25. Will stay here again if we are in the area.
They do not take credit cards!

Came for the Scottish Festival and Highland Games. This is a really impressive park. Disc golf course, pioneer village, pool, athletic fields, you name it… I wish it was near my house.

Stayed here for a week. The park is relatively quiet and peaceful. The park is also clean and well kept. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again. The older gentleman that checked us in was very nice as well. We recommend staying if considering.

Went to the car show and it was one of the best I've ever seen. Also walked around the little cabins/western town. I plan to go back to fish. It looks really nice and shady around the water.

We shoot skeet there and it’s an awesome place. Been going on there for nearly 40 years. Remote control traps and concrete sidewalks at least 7 positions to shoot from.
