If you are an independent carrier contracting with this company, do not unload until you receive payment. Steve Griffith promised payment would be in 10-14 days. I did not check prior to accepting the load and Jessica Richardson accounting manager continues to reply to my invoice reminders "Under Review" It's been 63 days....how long does it take to review a $400 invoice. They are so bad at paying, factoring services have them denied.

Biggest thieves around.
Rules and policies change every week for their benefit and the drivers always take the hit.
From one day to the next they went from $1,500 per week to 25% after fuel which was about a $400 per week cut because they are on the verge of bankruptcy but claimed the change would allow the drivers to make more money, why would you allow the drivers to make more money if you’re going broke?

Whole place is a mess if your a new to truck driving they charge you 3k for “ training “ which you think they would do for that amount of money but no all they do is throw you in someone’s passenger seat who most likely doesnt even want you there and complains about having you there the whole time. Communication between managers and dispatch sucks and then they’ll blame it on you.

Delivered a load back in September and still haven’t gotten paid! They keep saying they’re working on it, that they’re experiencing a back log and can only talk to them via email there’s apparently no phone # for the billing department.

Bad company don't run a load for them. They give you the run around and refused to pay.

Bad training program you are charged 3k for training which is deducted out of your paychecks weekly. In return you receive bad training and communication between the dispatchers and yourself. Very un organized company to say the least.

I would not recommend this company for any driver new or experienced. They say they have training for flatbed but you have to pay them. You don’t get any training you just ride along with another driver and hope for the best. They don’t know how to communicate with people. Their trucks break down a lot and get put out of service a lot.
