My Brother in law passed recently, God rest his soul.
We chose Elliot's Funeral Home in Moulton, Al. They went above & beyond to make his service the best it could possibly be. Our family appreciated all the concern, direction & help that they provided, James, Tim B. Phillip H. Did an outstanding job from beginning to end. Treated us like royalty... Also Pastor Gray did an awesome job officiating over my brother in law's service. Thank you all, again!

Very disrespectful, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, however I guess that is a reason they have a 1 star rating. I would suggest finding another place to have your loved ones final wishes carried out .They need to have a major overhaul to correct their professionalism and respect .I could go on but I will stop at this .The last thing I will say is if you say you are going to do something do it and not place the pictures in your pocket instead of the casket where they were

Elliot funeral home did a very terrible service on our brother Christopher Hill service they didn't included his family in family time family had pictures in his casket one of the worker there was told to put them back in casket man put the pictures in his jacket pocket preacher was unprofessional he didn't speak to any of Chris family people don't use Elliot for anything family called up there they act like they don't know what we talking about

I gave them 1 star. I do not recommend having your loved ones taken to this funeral home. The man was rude and when asked a question he lied to us. The question was as follows. The family of the deceased can not afford to purchase one of your caskets. They would like to have one delivered to the funeral home. Him.. We can not do that. Me... Why? Him.. You will have to have it sent somewhere else and you will need to bring it here. Federal law states that a funeral home has to except caskets from outside of their home. Maybe if the decreased family came in looking like a million dollars he would of been nicer to them. Hopefully we can get the deceased moved to a better funeral home..

My family's experience with this funeral home was horrific. From the day of making arrangements until the grave was covered there was so much unprofessionalism and too many mistakes to count. When we called back to the funeral home to ask about one problem while we were still at the grave yard and the funeral director had long been gone because "it might rain" the man that answered the phone was extremely rude, lacked any customer service skills and offered no help.
