I bought a saddle 6 months ago through the website directly and financed it fully through their chosen partner Bread. They said the saddle needed to be made, it wasn’t in stock, it would take 6 months to be made, and by the time it was ready (now 6 months later) Bread had cancelled my financing because it took them too long to activate it. I was told to reapply and so I did yesterday- now it’s another 6 month wait, and I was told by Circle Y that my financing may be cancelled again because of another long wait. This makes no sense, why offer financing at all if the process doesn’t work with your production? They only have one option of financing (Bread) and my order total is $2800 so out of pocket isn’t an option for me. They seem really unwilling to work with me or do what I asked which is to trigger the financing, send my tack out, let me start paying on the saddle now, then send the saddle out when ready. I own a business and I would never be this dense with customer service or figuring out how to make it work, they seem to not care if I get my saddle or not or if it works out or not. I’m super sad, I’m a huge fan of Circle Y saddles and love their fit and am super excited to get a saddle directly through them so they get all the profit to support hand made vs. a retailer they sold wholesale to. I really want this to work out and I’m so bummed they really aren’t being helpful or common sense at all. I’d be more than happy to update my review to a more positive one if they can make this work with me.

I had a great experience with circle y saddles, specifically dealing with Courtney Bailiff. She always responded to any questions or concerns I had in a timely manner and kept me up to date on the status of my saddle in repairs. Will definitely be reaching out to her if I have any saddles to send to circle y in the future. And my saddle came back beautifully! Highly recommend. Thanks Courtney!

Bummed, delay in my saddle production (literally doubling the wait time - 16 weeks), camewith a last minute notice a week before delivery resulting in a whole season without a trail saddle. It's like the order was forgotten about and when I checked in a week before delivery it's almost like they were reminded to make it and are JUST now starting the production. OF course everyone right now blames Covid... but too many factors not impacted by covid at play here. This was a company mess up.
