With this being my 1st time in this area, i didn't really know what to expect. Especially being new to the industry. I had a few large pieces of luggage to tote around & i had to go back & forth to different locations. It was a little stressful. But Chris's core trait was certainly, without a doubt, PATIENCE. It was like he was asking me, "why are you stressing, i gotcha you"? He made sure i was where i needed to be, when i needed to be there. Chris was very much the perfect person to call upon. Very impressive service! Keep up the all-star work, because it really does set you apart.
