This had happened to me before here to be honest. I have being here since 8 when they open to get unloaded, my appointment was at 10, they went to lunch around 11 and back and still where unloading me I didn’t said anything at first but right now it had being 7 hours past my appointment time and still nothing this place sucks and I’m not even laying. 🤬🤬

The people who work here are either nepo-hires or a felony tax break. The warehouse is nasty, just like the people who run it. Disorganized, rude and uppity.

The attitude is disgusting, I got up at the door at 8 am, they started unloading only at 12 noon, there were no trucks except for me, the last time I had a desire with this company, lazy mediocrity!!!

I called them to inquire if they could possibly help me rearrange some stops on my route on short notice. The general manager Mr. Simms was more than accommodating and took care of me right away. The employees were very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend them for any of your transportation needs while in the San Antonio Texas area. There's a reason they've been in business since 1881. They take care of their customers. Thank You ☺️

When you come here, make sure you have your appointment and backing up to the docks. It's a little tricky so please have a lot of patience.

Quick loading. However, my first drop on a two stop trip wasn’t happy with them as they had mixed products on each pallet. Next time, Southern Warehouse, put the same product on one pallet!

Plus, they wanted to change me $75 to rework the trailer after putting 5 pallets for my final destination on the tail; saying it was my responsibility to tell them.

Never in all my years out on the road have I been expected to tell the shipper how I wanted the trailer loaded. Every shipper, except Southern, has understood pallets need to be put on in groups according to the stop and in what order those groups need to be in.

For that reason, I can only give 2 stars.
