I needed to crate 2 antique, (150 years old) family heirloom portraits from Texas to Derry, N. Ireland. I had never crated anything before, but Chad & Lisa walked me through the entire process, answering all of my questions, and in doing so, allayed all of my fears that any damage would occur.

Rafael, the courteous & professional young man who was to package the portraits, arrived on time, and throughout the entire process, displayed the utmost respect for the portraits, and wasn't bothered at all that I wanted to watch the entire process. He explained things to me as he went along, further putting to rest any anxiety I may have had.

Rafael did a wonderful job, from start to finish, fulfilling all of my additional requests, such as allowing me to put a note inside each crate, installing a handle of my preference for ease of transport, and writing additional safety markings on the crates, such as "Do not stack."

I am 100% satisfied with Ship & Crate, Chad, Lisa, and Rafael. I completely recommend them to anyone who needs to ship/crate anything, anywhere. They crate it as if it were their own.

I needed to get a monstrous 1100lb smoker from San Antonio to Utah and needed it packed up and ready for shipment. Obviously the size of this made it really challenging to deal with and I had to trust whoever I hired to take care of this because I am in Utah and couldn't help organize at all. I called Ship and Crate and Chad told me this was something he was confident he could do and texted me pretty much immediately with a quote and details. His quote seemed very fair for the size of this project and he arranged the details of getting the smoker to his shop and texted me photos along the way as they got it packed up and shipping details arranged. I am really grateful for this level of communication and follow up as I had to put my full trust in a company I am nowhere close to. To say the least I am really impressed with their level of service and I believe they did a much better job than I could have anticipated given that this was just a company I had never heard of. From the day I initially contacted them to the time it was ready for pickup to ship was less than a week which is amazing. I really am appreciative of the work these guys did and feel like they went above and beyond which is rare. Can't recommend them enough.
