Don’t shop here. The positive reviews must be from a different/previous vendor because this place either isn’t real or it’s a scam. I ordered sympathy flowers online to be delivered locally. They never delivered the flowers. I called several times and never got an answer, the phone rings about 20 times before it just hangs up. They also never responded to my email checking the status of my order. Don’t waste your time.

Friendly and kind. They made a beautiful arrangement on the spot for my mother's grave. We were only going in for some flowers. But when we told them the grave didn't have a gravestone or anything yet, they really came through. They went above and beyond.

A place of business that you can trust and count on. I called upon this business to help with flowers for my grandmother's funeral. I called the lady at the twisted willow and explained to her that I needed help with a funeral. Since this was the first funeral I have had to coordinate, I basically handed over my credit card information and asked her to do what she thought was necessary for a funeral. We discussed color and flower type and she was kind enough to answer all of my questions regarding the care of the flowers throughout the viewing and onto the day of the funeral. She qouted me a fair price and I explained her my budget was not limited and to make it beautiful. We ended the phone call and I was at her mercy as far as the final price. The viewing was 2 days later and WOW did she make it happen. The flowers were very beautiful, well put together, and of great quality. After all the services were over and I was checking over my bank account, I realized that she charged me $25 less than she quoted me... I literally called this business, begged for help, and handed over my credit card information before having a final price and I was treated amazingly. She could have charged me double what she quoted me and I would have been happy to pay it.

Old Fashioned Service That Can't Be Found In A Chain Store.

We were waiting for CVS to fill meds for my sick daughter.
So while waiting, we decided to stop in The Twisted Willow since I'd never been in it. I was so impressed, this is a charming & trendy boutique shop & I'm in love! Such beautiful & unique items... I could've bought everything in there. I found & bought many items for a few people on my Xmas list. Lanie, the owner, is the absolute sweetest person. She went way above & beyond, and made me & my little girl feel so welcome, she was very helpful! And like I said before, the shop is full of wonderful items that you won't find elsewhere. I can't wait to go back, I'll be back frequently for sure as this is one of my new favorite shops ❤❤😍🎁🎄🙄👝📿💐🌹

A week ago I contacted Twisted Willow in hope that they could do my wedding bouquets. I had a specific flower in mind and knew that it was unlikely that I could get that flower so was willing to settle for a silk alternative, but wished that the rest of the bouquet be the real deal. I also sent a picture of a bouquet design that I liked.
Though the shop was willing to see if they could get my flower, they got all snooty about the fact that they picture I sent them was of all silk flowers. Then upon discovery that my flower was unavailable agreed to look into alternatives and promised to get back to me the following day.
Today after a week of silence I was told that they were on vacation but to send them a flower arrangement that I liked....which I already had and was belittled for.
I do not recommend this shop. They belittle their prospective clients and do not get back to you in a timely manner. Very bad business sense.
