Dont expect to make more than 18 an hour i worked here for a whole year and didnt get accomidated not once no raise nothing when i asked for a raise instead of giving me one i got a write up instead just so they had a reason not to give me one now keep in mind i worked here for about a year already so if i was that much of a terrible worker dont you think they wouldnt have kept me around that long. I poured blood sweat and tears into that job just to be treated like a number. I worked in maintenance when i started was promised a raise after 90 days. Never came. I got bit by spiders attacked by bees forced to work in mosquitoe infested trenches out in the sun every single day just to be told i wasnt doing enough. At this type of place they believe in a thing called the 3 B's. Break down your employee. Build your employee back up. Then Break down your employee again. Its a tactic used to keep employees down at the bottom to where they can never progress. If your looking for a company that promotes growth and security then i wouldnt recommend that you even waste your time with this place like i did. You will not be recognized for your hard work. Oh yeah before i forget one last thing if you do decide to work here and you decide you dont like it. dont expect for them to pay you out your paid time off acquired because apparently its "policy" that they arent obligated to pay you for time that you worked for.

EXTREMELY DANGEROUS WORK ENVIRONMENT
This company does not care about their employees. All of the equipment was installed and electrically wired by the cheapest contractors. They will fire anyone for minor infractions. They also use poor quality materials to produce inadequate products. They can barely get a single slab of quartz through production without multiple defects. They have no safety standards for their employees. Silicosis is a real danger in this factory and they have zero airflow down the middle of the building. The employees are given no protective gear in regards to this danger. The company has been in "full" production for two years and have no customers. If you are seeking employment at this company, you have to "fit the vibe" before they will hire you. No matter how many times they have my review removed, I will continue to repost it. They are making their employees leave positive reviews about the company.
