Kids don't listen. Got fried chicken instead of roast and this girl tells me I just said two piece so that's what I got. They forgot the other mashed potatoes which they did fix but I still got food too hard to eat. I hate their fried chicken but according to the girl I don't know what I said. And they took out the ice cream machine so I guess there's no reason to take my kids in anymore either.

My wife and I ordered thru drive thru came home and realize that both of our orders were wrong we both wanted the six piece tenders and they both gave us three we had not eaten all day so we went ahead and ate what we had. I tried calling the store twice no answer, but then when my husband went to the store. They said their policy says they cannot give us a refund or the rest of our food. They had no proof that we didn’t get the food that we had ordered when my husband came back and I went ahead and called the store. All of a sudden the phones worked and the manager was very rude on the phone and said he couldn’t do nothing for me because of your policy. We go there quite often and everytime it’s something but this was something else. Won’t be coming back. $32 for for us not to get half of what we ordered. Ridiculous.

Grumpy old lady working the window didn’t want to give us some ice after the sweet tea had melted the ice in the cup! This was a drive thru order so the ice had melted WHILE STILL IN THE STORE. Aside from that the chicken was thin, old and room temperature. Didn’t feel like arguing with an angry senior citizen so we just tossed it. Should have just kept driving and gotten something better in corpus 😒

I had to go out of town, so I had to pick up something quick to eat for the drive. I ordered the tenders. The order took a little while, and I wouldn't have mind if the food was better... the tenders tasted like they may have been out a while, chicken was a bit chewy, too much breadling for a thin piece of meat. Didn't receive any napkins or ketchup.

Wanted food but they took 10 min & nvr answered the intercom , so
I drove up they said they couldn’t take my order I had to go back around, why am I gonna go wait in line again after I already wasted 10 min of my time. Lazy workers

We spent $70 on two fish meals n one shrimp meal with a large okra that all comes from a box not even fresh seafood hell I should have gone to chilli's n spent less on three meals not worth going back

Definitely has improved since my last review, staff is always friendly, we only ever order chicken tenders and they are always good, they usually give us more than what we order so what’s there to complaint about there right? Overall the new managers are always nice at the window, which is a huge change of pace over the years. Is it perfect, no but what FAST FOOD place is right? Honest reviews here only. Much Obliged,
