I had a cake made at HEB in Robstown. I honestly through the design I chose was going to be small and the words hand written. This was my first time including a photo. The frame and photo with the wording included on the printout came out amazing and filled the cake space. The cake flavor is always delicious.

On our way back to Houston, decided to stop in for a little snack. We tend to enjoy small HEBs to the big supermarket stores. Joerob was really nice and directed us to an open register. Kayla at the register was super friendly and her customer service skills are incredible. You have a great asset on them 2 employees.

I’m really disappointed with the quality and service at HEB. The meat and produce are consistently low quality, often not fresh, and the chicken I bought was mottled purple — completely unappetizing and concerning. The employees are very rude and unfriendly, which only makes the shopping experience worse. On more than one occasion, I've seen cashiers walk off the register and take a long time to return, leaving customers waiting with no explanation. This level of disregard for both product quality and customer service is unacceptable. I expect better from a grocery store and won't be shopping here again.

Always good except. There was toilet paper with sale price and then under the sale price I found a cheaper regular price. Not sure why. Bar codes match up but I just found it strange.

H-E-B was cool because you can deposit money into your Cash App at the register! I don't know how long they have been doing Cash App deposits to begin with but it's super convenient to be able to deposit at the register after the service desk closes for the day...
