Will never bring vechile again been in shop for 1 month been getting run around that parts were in order. I caught them in a lie because one person said it is being worked on and another person said they are ordering parts. Estimated repair time has been getting pushed back for the last couple of weeks.

Fiancé dropped off a truck over a month ago. Every week there is a different story as to why the truck isn't repaired. What is the point of having a warranty on a truck if a not so complicated repair will take over a month? Take your chances and take your truck to another Rush Center. This one is ridiculous.

Had a 0715 apt to have a motorhome front end alignment. Techs didn't arrive until after 0800...curious why they made early apt.. they finally started around 1000. Was told that they didnt have all the tools/parts needed to do a full alignment . Later it was discovered the alignment machine was broken. Finally started at 1300. Finished at 1500. Only 2 good points.....nice lady at service desk....was not charged full price. Will not go back there again.

I never do reviews, but rush peterbilt of corpus christi the parts department is very bad at there JOB they never call u when ur parts come in and never ever answer there phones and this is and every time thing not just and one time thing They need to find better people to do there job right

Rush Truck Centers - Corpus Christi service department has to be the worst experience that i have had to deal with. I could never get a straight answer from the " Service Manager" on the repairs that were needed to our truck that was at their dealership. Once the repairs were completed (that were technically not approved) is when i found out that warranty wouldn't cover most of the items that were replaced. I will not be using Zach or this service department to do any of my repairs on my fleet.

We depend on our Trucks for a living. Rush is our go to place, for parts. If they don't have what you need, they will get it, usually within 24hrs. The staff and employees are helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable.

Warning for motorhome owners trying to get a Texas State inspection renewal. I called three days before attempting to get inspection. All was supposedly good with one inspector coming in at 0800 and a second at 1000. I arrived at 0830 and was told it would be 1200 before inspector came in. Service Manager advised one would come in at 0900 so we waited. When the inspector arrived he advised us that we had to get out of coach and let him drive it in what we deemed an unsafe manner. After he refused, his manager came out and informed us that he had just got his license and was probably being overly cautious. Unfortunately, the license is assigned to the individual and they could not force him to do inspection. This company had did prior year. Bottom line is we left without inspection and had to get at another station in Mercedes TX.
THIS IS NOT the place to get inspection if you are in a motor home.

Place is good to get parts but the answering service for part sucks gotta drive 30 miles cause they don't answer at the parts department just to find out they don't have the part san Antonio answer after a while
