Unloaded under 1h. Very well organized.
To check in stop @front office on Kilbourn. Then follow instructions to make U-turn and back in to dock.
From Cicero take 16th str East, than Kilbourn South.

From 55 take Cicero north to 16th east, then go south on S Kilbourn, they are on the right, red door, sign says Chicago not Ideal, but that's the place.

There is an easy turn around at a neighbour a road the street, and they have an easy diagram of where to do that in their office, and posted to this listing in Google maps by other drivers.

Backing in is easier than it looks like it would be. If you have a few years OTR experience, or a few months local experience you should be fine. Just cut as close to the pole as you can without hitting it.

I got in at 0700, and they started loading right away, signed sealed and rolling again by 0800, nice light load of empty drums, would definitely pick up here again!

Arrived "ASAP" from my delivery 5 miles south (Lineage). I drove Cicero >> Cermak >> Kilbourn. 13'5" clearance on Cermak; my reefer made it through. Backed in straight to the door, 55 minutes from check-in to departure. I would hardly call the street "busy", surely not "extremely busy".

There may be a better route from interstate, you can always give them a call for directions, but I took Cicero from i57 to avoid downtown traffic.

Drivers: from cicero (rt50) go east on 16th, bridge is 13’10” so you can get under it. Go very slow under it because it’s pothole city, just after bridge is a stop sign, go south on kilborn (very tight turn), park in front of their doors because there’s not enough room in their dock area. Be cautious this area is extremely busy with truck and car traffic. Got loaded quickly. There may be a better route from interstate, you can always give them a call for directions, but I took Cicero from i57 to avoid downtown traffic.

Arrived at 9am for an 11 am appt. Dropped trailer and they put it right in the door. Then I sat until 4 pm. A bit excessive, IMO.
