1/10/25 (my escrow and maintenance refund after 45 day!!!!!). I had to sleep long and hard before I got in my car and drove to Chicago. I really had to think of my family. But to my fellow drivers. Do not work for this company a2b cargo or their joint company ksm. This is not a work check but my return escrow and maintenance account.. and I only work here no more than 2 months. I suppose to got over 4k back and these folks charge me 3k for a pm and oil change. I call the dealership and they said they don’t even charge that much to do what they did.. I’m not only telling you what they did I’m showing you proof. I been driving truck some years and I must say these folks are the worst. If you trying to be successful and really wanna own a truck and have a family at home. Do not get into a lease with these ppl cause they will help you get farther behind in life.. I been asking for an invoice on the three thousand dollars pm and can’t even get a response but that’s okay. I will spend my last and get me a lawyer to investigate this matter.

It’s a Chicagoland company
*can’t pay for fuel outta pocket so you’re force to use their card which offers no discounts. (Big chunk in revenue lost)
*was told deductions were gonna be prorated because I started midweek, which was a lie.
*got charged $500 because I returned the truck on low fuel like it’s a rental car.
*got charged $250 just for them to sweep the floor because I was only in the truck less than a week and no need to detail it again.
* majority of the loads are spot market so dispatch waits till the last minute to find loads which in some cases it works and most it doesn’t
*didn’t get reimbursed on the fuel I put in the rental
*luckily I only gave these scam artist less than a week of my time once I realized it was gonna be bs and I now understand why they were so upset I turned the truck in abruptly and didn’t allow them to make money off me.now I have to take them to court to get money they stole from me. $750 for bs charges that aren’t in the contract.

Hailey was my recruiter and was a Rockstar. I'm pulling my first load today so can't speak to much on rates or how busy they can keep me. I have my own truck not lease purchase so my experience here may be different than others. With driver receiving 100% the first week I would highly recommend making sure the drug screen is back before signing the lease to maximize 1st week potential. I took the drug screen when arriving Monday Friday starting with my 1st load. Shop seems very reasonable on prices as a few small things needed fixed on the truck. Orientation was quick about 30 minutes videos done before arriving takes 1 to 2 hours depending on how familiar you are and how quickly you run through them. I will update the company after putting more time and making sure things are as stated. Hailey would recieve 5 stars but wasted time and time spent at the terminal being unproductive I took a star away. I was told Orientation was at 930 at 730 I was inside didn't take the drug screen until 250pm. Orientation started at like noon for us. Drug screen should have been expedited to be first if nothing is happening in my opinion.

This is a very bad broker. They pay extremely cheap. They micromanage. They will call you every 5 minutes waking you up for updates. The worst of all they will change the rate confirmation to reduce your pay and they will file false cargo loss claims against you. Please stay away from them.

There doesn't appear to be an A2B cargo as all their trucks have the logos removed. They are part of Sarisa Freight Solutions operating under A2B, A2B runs KSM Carriers. Their lease rent programs all but guarantee not all drivers are paid. They don't disclose the full details of pay expectancy to everyone. Don't try to drive for these people.

Been working on their dedicated account for almost half a year now, briefly left them when my kid was born, but went back to get back on my feet again. The pay on one hand plus Nick J. and his team on the other make it all worthwhile, hard work, ain't gonna lie, but I knew that before I signed up at the end of the day, well compensated.
