Super friendly and professional employee on 8/25/2024. She helped make a stressful moving experience into a much more pleasant experience. Thank you!!
Unfortunately I heard one of the other employees there getting frustrated and audibly annoyed when some customers who may have been international students did not understand her question about U Haul Boxes at first. That employee became annoyed and had an attitude. That’s really unfair because it’s not the customers’ fault for not knowing what was being asked. Please be patient and professional. Moving is stressful enough as it is without being talked down to.
However the other employee was super friendly and professional. So giving 5 stars.

Other info:
-price on the storage units has drastically climbed over the past few years however the price of the uhaul trucks and vans seems to have stayed stable which is appreciative
-the storage units at this facility have a security code you must enter to disarm and arm the units
-nice selection of moving boxes and supplies in the store
-honestly people should be required to get some kind of training to drive the 15 foot, 20 foot, and 26 foot trucks but just a regular driver license is allowed
-this location is in a pretty rough area (let’s just say I’ve invested in a lot of earplugs living around here with all the arguing and nonstop negativity of some of my neighbors🙄) so if you access your drive up unit, best to be careful and aware of your surroundings
-there are a few public spots available for customers to park their cars in when driving U-Haul’s but not much public parking is available

The manager, Paris is super friendly and helpful. She understands all our questions/concerns and she has great solutions. She went above and beyond for us to get our Ubox send to another location and set up a year around storage at a great price. She is absolutely AMAZING!!!! We highly recommend this Uhual to anyone looking for rental trucks and/or storages.

Lady at the front desk with curly red hair is extremely rude. Clapping and tapping her hands as if we were causing a problem by simply inquiring about services. There was no issue on our end that would cause for such a rude reaction. Garbage human being.

Overall a great experience. Friendly service from the front desk person. My truck was in great shape, very clean. The app was mostly useful, and allowed me to extend my rental easily, which was so nice with the stress of moving. The app faltered a bit on drop-off, but I just dropped the keys after hours and the staff worked everything out really well, no unexpected charges, and easy payment and receipt.

I had GREAT customer service Paris H. (manager), the employee with Paris, and Taniya at this location. The truck I first received stopped working due to low motor oil, which was annoying and frustrating, but Taniya went out of her way to be apologetic and helpful to make the process go smoothly. She went out of her way to give us as much of a discount she could. When we returned the truck, Paris H. and the employee with her were also very apologetic about the experience. They gave us a hefty discount for our inconvenience and were incredibly nice and patient with our discontent. Thanks to these great employees!!
