We LOVE our cabinets that were installed when we built our home 2013. Even better is the support that we continue to receive.

Jennifer and the team just finished a support ticket (Feb. 2024), standing by their lifetime warranty guarantee 11 YEARS AFTER installation. Our spice drawer had a minor issue where it wouldn't quite stay closed all the way, and they replaced our spice drawer with a brand new one at no cost. 🙂

Their communication on the phone and via text was timely, and they set (and met) clear expectations on the re-install. Lastly, the two guys who showed up were super nice and had everything fix quickly.

Always great people! Bailey's is my go-to place for any moldings or to use their nice wide drum sander when I make table tops. Perfectly matched the interior molding and fancy exterior window trim on my old house.

Bailey Hardwoods changed our unsafe and dated staircase into a toddler safe showpiece. Jennifer was fantastic at helping us find products that worked for our family and were beautiful in our home. Greg, their installer, was a pleasure to have in our home. He even made friends with our dog! After a couple of months we encountered some issues. I contacted Jennifer and she came over with Greg to see how they could help us. Jennifer and Greg talked with us and we all agreed on a fix for the issue. Their service is second to none. We were thrilled with the project when it was finished and very pleased that when we encountered an issue they were willing to fix the problem. I would recommend Bailey Hardwood to anyone looking to repair a stairway or any service they provide. They care about their work and want their customers to be satisfied. I'm sure they will do future projects for us.

Bailey Hardwoods was wonderful to work with. They took the time to go through all of their knife profiles, even those that hadn't made it into their book before charging for a new knife set-up to create our crown moulding. They were extremely reasonable and pleasant to do business with. If I ever need any other custom woodwork, I will absolutely call them first.

I highly recommend Bailey Hardwoods!! I ordered a new trash can insert for my kitchen. When it came in it was not was I had ordered. Jennifer went out of her way to order a new one and to make sure that I was satisfied. Good customer satisfaction is the heart of a good company!
