Cameron and Dexter did a fantastic job with loading up our 15’ Uhaul truck today. Had a big couch that needed to come down 4 flights of stairs and some pretty heavy dressers. Nice to work with!

Called for a quote on hauling off some bushes we had cut done and sent pics like Cameron ask me to and I have never heard back from them. So I went with another company they came out on time and gave me a quote plus cleaned up everything to my satisfaction.

I will preface this review by saying that Cameron and his crew were very respectful with their mannerism. However, when it comes to business practices the company has a lot to learn. When I initially contacted the company I explained the items that needed to be moved and that they were in two locations. I received a quote for 2 movers 3-4 hours for $601. The first issue was I had to call to confirm if they could accommodate the move discussed. The company should’ve confirmed with me. After I called Cameron (the co-owner), he told me he had a job that canceled so he could bring an additional guy to cut down on time. When they arrived, they were in a U-Haul. The U-Haul was not an adequate size to get the job done. I was told that was the only truck available. It took a total of 8 hours with a three man crew to move furniture from a storage unit that was already wrapped along with two queen sized beds, mattresses, a tv stand, two sets of nightstands from an apartment.

The company does not have a sense of clear, concise communication with their customers. The owner should’ve explained beforehand that they didn’t have an adequate size truck so that I could have made the decision to move forward with moving or not. Instead, he chose the latter. The guys could’ve easily completed the job within 5 hours max. Instead they lagged around to over compensate for the job that canceled on them. Lastly, the only reason the company offered a measly $151 offset was because I suggested it. The company lacks service recovery or concern with customer satisfaction.

The final price should have been at least $200 to $300 more, not $1,300 more especially with the amount of stuff moved and having a three man crew, but I digress. I am truly disappointed in the blatant passive aggressive poor customer service.

super great experience with cameron's crew. he came out same day, which i was very impressed with, and really saved me, as my scheduled loaders where a no-show. i have dealt with some moody and lazy guys in the past, so this was a really nice change! thanks cam.

These guys were awesome!!! After a horrible experience with a different mover coming from New England to Alabama, AYS was JUST what I was looking for!! Highly recommend them, and I would definitely hire them again!!! THANK YOU guys!!!

“I called AYS and will never need to use any other moving or landscaping company again. They really do it all! I booked a time with Cameron over text and he sent over a moving crew that carefully moved my furniture around in my house in under 30 minutes. The next time I used them was for some yard work, they planted 6 azaleas in my front yard and it looks beautiful. If you haven’t already used At Your Service then I highly recommended giving them a call.”
