No matter what trucking company I go to, no matter the reviews, I am always treated fairly well, and I believe it's the way I run. As a truck driver, I don't recognize birthdays, holidays, vacation days, because when I come out, I come out to work, because I have goals, and as long as you can provide the freight, I'll run. This company, to me, is not forced dispatch. If I don't want to go there, I don't have to go there, but guess what? There isn't a place in the United States that scares me to the point I will not go. I go to New York City more than any driver at this company, because I love the challenge. I feel like if you are a pacifier driver, you're going to run into problems no matter where you go. If you recognize the job that a truck driver has to do, then you shouldn't have any problems with any company. I will say I do have my limits. I refuse to be flatbed, tarping all day, no matter the weather, so I have the option of getting in a van or a reefer or a Conestoga. You have options that will allow you the maximum amount of comfortability, so act like it. Stop taking what you don't want and putting yourself in situations and positions that you don't like, therefore giving your trucking career a bad experience. The trucks go fast. Whatever you can handle, you can get it over here. If you want to make top dollar, you can make it over here. But I must warn you, when you come over here, you will not be the number one driver, because I don't care what you do, you will never outperform me. Stay blessed, stay safe, and enjoy your day.

Justin in recruiting and the whole team at C1 transportation are awesome they gave me a second chance to come back and work for them again and I have been rolling with loads. The shop is great. I had some welding needing done and they pulled me in right away and had me back on the road in no time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE THAT WANTS A COMPANY THAT CARES ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES. THANKS ALOT TO THE C1 transportation team your awesome

Horrible experience they don’t offer health benefits of any sort no holiday pay they “fine” aka take your check… for anything they deem necessary to fine you for unreliable work Justin and the other dispatcher ignores you and won’t call u in for work if u don’t do 15 or more hours a day which is illegal and dangerous it’s forced dispatch there as well very disrespectful shop they are very racist and won’t speak to you at all as if you are not apart of the company please don’t go to this company it is very unprofessional

Best trucking company I’ve worked for ever ! Very family oriented and caring. Ignore the bad reviews. Flatbed isn’t for everyone and not everyone is willing to work hard.
