Y’all really hire some great quality respectful drivers. Apparently knocking on his door and politely asking him to move his truck so another guy can back up wasn’t the right way to do so I’ll just do it a whole different way.

The driver of the truck in the pictures who was in Mississippi today pulled out in front of me and almost hit my car and made me and others swerve into a ditch while he kept going. Once we confronted him at a gas station he flashed a gun at us and laughed and said he didn’t care. We told him we were going to report him and he said he didn’t care about his job. This company needs to do something about this man. This is ridiculous.

My experience working for Jeep has been the best decision I could have possibly made. Everyone I have come in contact with has made sure all my needs were met. I can only say good things about this company. Everything is done decent and in order. I never have to worry about anything with this company especially getting home. They are always there if and when I need ANYTHING. My dispatcher Kyle is the best. I always look forward to his Good Morning text every day. He understands us as Drivers and what we deal with out here away from our loved ones. He does a fantastic job at making my life easy out here on the road.

If you're thinking about leasing on to this carrier make sure you do your homework. Because this carrier will treat you like a company driver that just happens to own your own equipment. You are not a true owner operator here!

This company is terrible because they do not want to pay you on time and they work their drivers like crazy. I know some who work for them and they still not paying him his money for all the hard work he did.

I've been here for 9 years now. I started as a company driver then I became a Lease Driver in February 2018, now I'm an owner/operator since last year. I tell everyone that "It may not be the best company out there, and it may not be the worst company out there, but its the best for me." I don't ever see leaving here until I'm no longer able to drive. The people here have always treated me fairly and professionally. I've been in their Reefer department since they started it up and I love it.
