Javier is the man at the counter,a real heart of gold,I had a problem,running out of drive hours,long trip ahead of me,my appointment was 5 pm,it's 1:45 pm,I am already loaded & on my way,in & out less than an hour,need I say more:)

Never gives a headline or sticks to the timeframe. Small businesses really need communication so they have have their staff there for deliveries but not waiting around for hours.

The company is excellent friendly people the problem is if you park your truck outside the police may give you a $250 ticket and you are guilty even if there's no sign

Driver completely ran me off the road in bumper to bumper traffic, refused to let me back in to the left lane after he pushed me into the shoulder. Then proceeded to tailgate me until he reached his exit, on top of staying in the left lane once a posted sign said “no trucks or busses in the left lane”. Completely unprofessional and dangerous.

Parking is allowed on the street. At the gate, push the call button on the box (it's on your right, so you'll have to get out of your truck). Once inside the gate, park in a spot to your right & check inside to your left. They're professional but cool as hell. You'll have to break your seal, slide your tandems & back into your door. There's more than enough room to maneuver even with trucks in doors along your side & your tandems slid. They were pretty efficient & good on their word. I'd DEFINITELY come back! Thank you for being trucker friendly!
