By far the best services we have received in years. We needed some parts for our Reitnouer trailer and our local dealer here in St. Louis was no help, they don’t stock anything apparently. We deal with lots of parts places daily and it’s been a real struggle to find places with good staff after covid. So when I spoke to Eric in parts he was more than helpful and very knowledgeable. Hard to come by a person who can read off part numbers off the top of his head and knew exactly what we needed. I can’t express how amazed I was by his customer service. He went to the extent to verify with the manufacturer correct parts by vin number and called me back like promised with in the hour. He had everything in stock that we inquired on and had it ready to ship by the end of the day. Shipped it to our door with in two days. I will say this, they do an excellent job packaging and protecting parts in transit as well, most other places these days don’t. They have definitely gained a customer for life.

Great service. Right before closing I called about purchasing an air bag and the very polite and professional salesman Eric discussed all purchasing and shipping options with me. I was very pleased
