DO NOT APPLY HERE! They will run your credit with a hard inquiry before even showing you a property. Then it takes months before you ever even see one, I never did.

I lived in the Area E Co-op for many years, it used to be a nice place to live with a good Board and a good Office Team. Now, the Board has no back bone and they let the Office Manager Sandy do whatever she wants whether it's legal or not! I never understood with the diversity that exists in the Co-op why is the office fully staffed with only white women. Sandy had a personal grudge against a member in my household and was allowed to evict us and keep tax money that was owed to our home. The Board just sat back and allowed Sandy to continue with her personal and racist vendetta against my household! Racism is very much alive and it exists in the Co-op!

Slowly becoming worst co-op. Can’t keep maintenance men because of nuclear estrogen in main office. Doing less and less to prepare units for new people. Truly ashame.

Beware of the men, they think they are big because they work for the coop. Disrespectful and ignorant. They do whatever they want. Get out as soon as you can!!
