Been ordering these for the few weeks and it been a nice way to save time both from shopping and from prepping meals . I think the price is very fair at $105 for 10 meals and 5 sides that feed two people . You can order larger family meals also . Like any food place it’s a bit of trial and error to see which items you like , love or dislike . I would say 80% is good and would reorder . They do a keto menu the 1st week of the month that you can stock for the month if you live the keto lifestyle.

I finally tried some meals from this place. I am not impressed. I bought the cheesy chicken sour cream enchilada casserole. Not very flavorful for a Mexican dish. I also bought the chocolate lush. Crust is dry and crumbly,it looked unappetizing and tasted mediocre. The chocolate chips didn't help the look or flavor. The items are expensive as well and the service was also horrible. Won't go back. Waste of money

Walked in to this place with my two boys who were interested in doing meal prep as part as their 'healthy living' kick. They struggled to tell me what the place did, how we would use it, etc... evidently meal prepping is only for parties or large groups, as normal consumers we're stuck shopping from the pre-made meals. Not the best experience.

We had a negative first experience. Customer service was just awful all around. First, we called and asked for suggestions on low sodium items and were directed to the Keto section. Many of the items had no nutritional information listed on the site so it was hard to verify the sodium content. Secondly, someone called to let us know that the package we purchased online was actually out of date by a week- they forgot to update the website. Which meant we would wait longer for our meals. Ok. When asking for an ETA they said 2 weeks. Third issue, after 2 weeks had passed no one called to update us. We struggled to connect with someone through email or over the phone to verify an ETA. When we did connect with someone to ask, she snappily said “Well did anyone text you?” to which we said no, no one has contacted us, and they said they’d do what they could to get it out at the 3 week mark. Finally, about 4 weeks after ordering we got an email verifying a Friday drop off. At 6pm we called to ask about the delivery. There were zero apologies, just a matter of fact statement- “yeah you aren’t on the delivery schedule until another day”. When someone did finally deliver, there was no social distancing. A young woman rang the doorbell and stood maskless at the door to hand off the food. She didn’t introduce who she was or what company she was with. It was all so strange.

Good place to pick up meals for quick dining, especially crock pot meals. As of April 15th the meals for two are 8.50 total. I a regular size portion. They work well if you are on a diet and trying to limit portion control as well. They have a large variety and the meals vary form week to week in the type they have, with about 10 choices each week, although you can get other options as they make more than the pre-orders every week as well. Best to order ahead, but often you can stop by and they usually have a large selection to choose from. They also prep for 5 as well for 17 I believe. It ends up being a trial and error thing, I would say we have a success rate of about 70% or stuff we would re-order, they are all either crockpot meals or frozen tray meals you that and bake for usually about 45 minutes.

The ordering process was great. Delivery was behind but thats ok. Some food was smashed and leaking out of the alumium containers, plus defrosted upon arrival. Maybe just a bad first experience. Not sure willing to try again
