We were very happy with their services. Booking and communication were easy. Rates were reasonable. We used both their full size coach bus and their mini coach. From previous experience with other vendors we were accustomed to buses that had tattered seats and smelled a little funky - that’s not what you get with this company. The buses looked and smelled nearly brand new. Very well done.

K&G was so great to work with to plan transportation for our wedding guests to and from our venue. In the initial planning phases, K&G provided several options that would work for our group. They were incredibly helpful in planning and coming up with solutions for all our guests to be able to access the transportation bus, even those with mobility difficulties. K&G was super responsive to all my emails and made planning transportation for our wedding a breeze.

On the day of our wedding, Rey was the driver for our bus. He arrived early and communicated with me and the planner throughout the night. He was professional and kind to our guests.

Our daughter was married in Chicago last weekend and we used K&G Coach Lines to shuttle our guests to and from the hotels to the wedding reception. They were wonderful to work with and their Event Coordinator, Lisa was the absolute BEST! She stayed in contact with us throughout the whole process and was great when we had to make some logistical changes to our shuttle route. The pricing was very reasonable and the buses were both so clean and comfortable. Our drivers Robert and Vasil were so friendly and helpful and they arrived to the hotel EARLY! It was great! If you are planning a wedding in Chicago and need a shuttle, K&G is the way to go! They were perfect from start to finish.

I recently chartered a 40-passenger mini coach for a wedding trip from a hotel to a temple and back. K&G Coach lines is the best chartered transport service. The application process is easy and quick, phone calls are answered promptly and courteously, the drivers are very professional and communicative and the overall pricing is very competitive. I did a lot of research before signing on and I would recommend K&G any day.

K&G really saved the wedding experience for our guests. Everyone stayed at the Palmer Hotel and the venue was in Logan’s Square. The weather was terrible and to be able to have 2 buses loaded with approx 120 people just pull up to the street entrance and walk approx 25 ft to the door was a huge blessing. Then on the final trip back after the wedding everyone was singing Christmas carols and college fight songs while enjoying the lights in the city. The drivers were on time, polite and great drivers. The buses were comfortable, warm, spacious and clean! Love that K&G!

I hired two coaches for a trip for 94 people and the service was excellent throughout, with two very good drivers who even arrived earlier than promised.
