Opinions

This company has 512 reviews on Google My Business. The average opinion is 4.5/5.

Customers love the restaurant's outdoor seating, which offers a more relaxed and enjoyable dining experience compared to the noisy interior. The food is consistently praised for its quality and taste, with many patrons appreciating the reasonable prices. One couple mentioned that with a few beers, two appetizers, and a pizza, their total bill was around $100, including tips.

However, some guests have mentioned that the service can be slow at times due to the high number of tables assigned to each server. Overall, customers appreciate the outdoor seating and recommend Pazzi Di Pizza Park Ridge for its delicious Italian cuisine, cozy atmosphere, and friendly staff.

A go-to restaurant if you are looking for outdoor seating. I prefer the tables next to the restaurant, the ones next to the street are very close to the cars passing by. Food is reasonable! It’s the best part. With a few beers, 2 appetizers and a pizza, it was around 100 dollars, tips included. They are pretty good too. We disintegrate really eat inside since it’s loud and we loved the outdoor seating way better. The service is acceptable, I think there are too many tables per server, so be patient. Overall we loved coming here when you can sit outside.

If you’re looking for an intimate spot to dine, this place is a must-visit! The menu is impressively extensive, offering a wide variety of dishes to choose from. We tried the Shrimp Parmigiana, the Pepperoni Pizza topped with fresh basil and ricotta, and the Gnocchi Toscano. Every dish was fantastic! The pizza was especially delicious with its perfectly balanced flavors, and the Gnocchi Toscano is a standout, particularly if you’re a mushroom lover. Highly recommend checking this place out for a cozy dining experience with amazing food.

Trust me when I say skip the appetizers!
We ordered the Mushrooms and Barratta, both of which came out cold and under cooked. The bread on the baratta could have used another minute in the toasted/on the grill, and the mushroom could have used 5 more minutes. The salad was really disappointing and they put the wrong cheese on. Being surprised with blu-cheese is never fun! The Vodka pasta was good, and I would get that again.
Unfortunately Our orders were entered wrong too.

It's not even a busy weekend, but four items are out without mentioning. Pretty good pizza. Any pasta with spicy plum tomato sauce is so good, but anything with sausage is way too salty. Grilled calamari is excellent flavors. Tiramisu is very good as well. I like season old fashion. Woodsy, earthly, rich walnut flavor.

Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. After ordering lunch and drinks, we were practically rushed out right after finishing — all because of their supposed 90-minute policy.

What made it worse is that this policy was never clearly communicated to us at the beginning. Instead of allowing us to enjoy our meal in peace, the staff made us feel unwelcome and pressured to leave. The way it was handled was unprofessional and frankly, quite rude.

We were looking forward to a relaxed dining experience, but instead left feeling disappointed and disrespected. Definitely not coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values good service and hospitality.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pazzi Di Pizza in Park Ridge is always a fantastic experience! The ambiance is warm and inviting, with a lively, fun atmosphere that makes it the perfect spot for a night out. It’s always packed, which speaks to how great the food is!

I absolutely love their Cioppino—it’s rich, flavorful, and packed with fresh seafood. The grilled calamari is also excellent, perfectly cooked and delicious. Whether you're grabbing a casual bite or enjoying a fun evening with friends, this place never disappoints. Highly recommend!

Updating my review from almost a year ago but have visited a number times since. Adding a photo here of the Spaghetti Cacio e pepe and I opted to add tasty, crumbled Sausage. I must say, after numerous times here, this was my first time having this dish and it was absolutely heavenly - black pepper not overwhelming and a nice amount of creaminess. Bigger portion than I expected but delicious nonetheless. Mondays are $3.59 [beer] drafts as well as $6 Absolut cocktails so enjoyed a Peroni and after an Absolut Vodka Soda. Will be back for sure.

Another "not my first time here, but first Google Review" for this place! Pictured here are times when I ordered their Shrimp Risotto and Bianca Neve Pizza Blanche for dinner. Delicious homemade Italian meals. Nice and accommodating staff - walked in the past few times without a reservation and either sat at the bar, or staff did their best to have us seated. Classic ambience, connected to the historic Pickwick Theatre. Excellent daily deals as well such as, currently, $6 house wine and $6-8 cocktails/Old Fashioneds on Wednesdays. Will be back for sure.
