The last 3 times I've gone to this location, my order was incorrect and took a very long time for me to receive it. Like other reviews here, my bagel egg bacon sandwich wasn't even toasted at all and was cold. No reply from the owner on here will fix the core issues present at this Einstein location, they will need to do a full quality overhaul at the actual brick and mortar instead of constantly apologizing to people on Google Reviews.

This used to be my favorite quick breakfast location in Park Ridge for 20 years, but I'd much rather take my business to the Starbucks down the block or Dunkin Donuts than ever go here again. Less time on social media and more time making sure your location is actually giving quality service would go a long way.

The atmosphere of this location has been horrendous since covid as well - disgusting bathrooms and an unwelcoming lobby in comparison to the many other places in the area.

The iced caramel macchiato is IMMACULATE. I also loved the bacon egg and cheese bagel! The chipotle mayo was a brilliant addition to the sandwich. My taste buds are very happy and ready to start the day! Try this place out for breakfast one morning! Best bagels ever

Not yet noon on a Monday and completely out of bagels!

Edit: Per comment by owner, Contacted the form on the website to let them know that there were no bagels left. Not a big deal I just wanted people to know to get there earlier in the morning on a weekday or maybe call to make sure that there were bagels at the store before they made a trip.

I was there yesterday and ordered a plain bagel With double Cream cheese which i'm sure I was charged for and I asked that They cut it in half.
My bagel came up.
Pretty fast And I was surprised. I looked in the bag and there was no wax paper wrapped around it. And it clearly was not cut in half. But I was gonna make a big deal about that. When I got home I discovered.
Not only did I not have double cream cheese.The bagel was not even toasted! Nor, As mentioned above, Was it cut in half Or wrapped in wax paper which would have helped keep it warm Since you can't really toast a bagel once it's got cream cheese on it. Very disappointing!

Extremely rude and disrespectful staff. After waiting for sometime to get our party of seven order, there was no labeling on the items ordered making it difficult to know which one is which. Requested the staff to please label or let us know and were told 'figure it out yourself'. Seriously? Glad we cancelled the order. So pathetic and poor customer service. Doubt the quality of their products as well. Shame on you!

This was one of the worst experiences I've had at an Einstein's. I only received egg whites on the 2 egg sandwiches we ordered and barely any turkey on the other. The Baker's Dozen Bagels listed the bagels I'd receive, yet I just received a random assortment. If I had known, I would of not ordered it. My son is allergic to sesame, and unfortunately instead of dealing with 2 sesame bagels, most of the bagels were everything bagels with sesame. The issue with this is it makes it harder to share the bagels with my son and most of the people in the house don't like onions or garlic on their bagels. Additionally, most of my bagels weren't cut properly. And parts of a couple bagels are missing. And finally, I feel like the coffee wasn't brewed properly. The coffee tasted like chemicals. I love Einstein Bagels usually. I just moved in the area, and it saddens me the closest Einstein's Bagel to me is sloppy in their food service.

I love Einsteins Bagels. I've always recieved fresh amazing Bagels and sandwiches and when I had an issue guest services went above and beyond to make things right. This is the type of accountability and pride every business should have. Thanks Einstein Bagel Team

Update: March 2025 - it had been a long time since we had ordered from here so we decided to try again in case their service had improved. Again we ordered bagels and schmear and got no smear. Clearly this place won't ever improve.

We ordered multiple bagels with 2 tubs of shmear. We didn't receive either tub of shmear. This is the 3rd time we've ordered from here and receive incorrect or missing items. I previously ordered the avocado Veg out sandwich which has no egg (because I didn't eat egg). They messed it up and put my egg on my sandwich. Never ordering from here again.
