Sign says they open at 7, drove around to the drive thru multiple times after 8, no one would ever acknowledge I was there. No other customers there other than a lady waiting on an online order that had been there forever in one of the stalls. No lights on within the building yet there were 2 cars where employee parking is. No answer to any of the buttons on the stalls. Horrible establishment. Have nothing but issues every time I have ever went, try giving them multiple chances, I’m done doing that. Will never return again, and I advise the same to anyone else suggesting this place. It is a complete joke, and majority of the time the staff is super rude. I’m not one to do these reviews, but I’m trying to look out for everyone else.

Waited in a stall for over 30 mins for TWO drinks and a small tater tot. We tried pushing the button to talk to someone and no one came on the speaker to even acknowledge us. We wasted 40 mins and $9. We will be calling corporate for a refund though. Horrible horrible service. Don’t waste your time there.

Get in the drive-thru and sit at the speaker for 15 minutes. At 7:11 they ask if we are ordering food. I say yes. They say we're not taking anymore food orders and take off their headset. They close at 10. Worst customer service ever!!

Was asked "did you just try to split pay me", was refused the drink i asked for, and had my food smashed.

Gave us totally wrong order. Asked for an extra fork 3 times before receiving it. Assumed we would already have one fork In the bag. Parked to eat and there was no forks. Older lady working the drive thru just seemed annoyed by us.

If I could give 0* I would the lady working the drive kept yelling at me and then when I would ask a question she would yelling louder! Nah I'm not eating somewhere like that.

We love the food here when it is correct but the amount of times I've had to call to get the correct food is ridiculous and tonight we ordered online to get it delivered every single sandwich was wrong and our shake was not even here the driver had to go back to get it we won't be returning

Don’t know what y’all did to the fries, But I have never had fries like these I got from sonic!! They were crunchy and stayed that way till I was thru eating!!! I love those fries!!! Keep. Up the good work!!!? They are so delicious!!!!
