Visiting from out of state, decided to try a pizza spot and good thing I ran into Rosatis. Their service was great and the food was impeccable. The guy in the front was very kind and gave us several different options we weren't familiar with. Will definitely order from there again.

We've been ordering from Rosati's Pizza in Des Plaines since 2006, and it's always been top-notch. Their pizzas are absolutely delicious—especially the thin crust, extra crispy, which has become our go-to. The quality has remained consistently excellent over the years, which is rare to find.
On top of the great food, the staff is always friendly and welcoming, making every interaction a pleasant one. It truly feels like a neighborhood staple. We highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great pizza and great service. You won't be disappointed!

The pizza here is delicious especially the veggie! I’d give it a five stars But I’m giving less stars for customer service because we had not one but two incidents with the person answering the phone taking orders. I think that makes a big difference in customers going back and or trusting their food handled with that kind of service especially if the customers have no tolerance for attitude!

I stayed at the Sheraton Hotel with my son and decided to order Pizza to be delivered to our room. There were plenty of places we could have ordered but opted for Rosati’s. Rash took our order and for a 10 inch pizza plus French fries and two small sodas it came out to more than $40. I asked him to break down the total cost, as the pizza was only $17.99. It turned out that the pizza plus fries, 2 sodas, tax and the delivery charge totaled more than $40 dollars. I placed the order and after 1 hour the delivery person came with the order minus plates and plastic ware. I called Rash whom I assume is either the owner or the manager and he told me that I would have had to ask for the plates and plastic ware when placing the order. I replied that I would have done so had it was specified in their brocheta or that he could have asked me but Rash said sorry but nothing that could be done now.
In my view my hard earned money spent for such a small feast warranted much better customer service than the one provided by Rosati’s Pizza from Desplaine’s, Illinois.
Needless to say, I will not ever order from there nor I would recommend this place to anyone.

First had to request the $3 off of my order, even though they offer it. Second, I ordered the build your own pasta, cheese bread and two side salads. The pasta was bland and had a weird taste to it and the bread was bland with a weird taste in it as well. I can say the side salad was good. Money down the drain!!!

We are at the Hilton ohare I called to make sure they would deliver. The man that answer had a very heavy accent he could nit hear me I heard him this went on for awhile then gave him my phone number than I told him I was at the Hilton ask for the address he finally said ok finally gave my order he said within the hour they were here in about 30 minutes driver called said he could not keep his car outside unattended so husband went down to get order.
The pizza was good fries ok. But I order a cheef it was at the bottom of the bag really wet to much juice I told him no extra juice it was stogie the fries were loose at the bottom of the bag. We'll to say the least the beef was awful. I'm originally from Chicago I had a rosatis in wheeling Illinois and the beef was amazing. This was dripping and wet and soggy. Bad experience for us.
Going back home to colorado thank God.

Horrible! This is not what anyone expects! Called and there was no apology they will send another pizza BUT it will take 45 minutes to an hour! Horrible when it happens, even worse when the manager doesn’t even say they are sorry.
