They are doing their job. Nothing extra or difficult. It took them to load my trailer about 2hrs. Park your rig in parking area in centre of the lot before you check in. You may able to park there overnight. Make sure you clean your trailer good before you get there. They let you use their restroom. Thanks for that.

Pull into drive and drive towards back of lot. Then make a U turn and park out back out the way of traffic (usually some other trucks will be there). This is called the North lot.

Park and walk to shipping/receiving office in the 1800 building. Look for the large green colored canopy over the entrance.

Bring in all your paperwork and numbers. You may have to bump two different docks to get all your freight.

People are pleasant and easy to work with. Sometimes it takes a little longer to get in and out ....I was there about 3 hours.

1st time here and it was pretty good. Pretty simple location to get to and my loading time was pretty fast. Granted, I was only one on a dock, so I don't know if they are as quick when it's busy. Shipping/receiving is from 08:00 - 15:30, and they do not allow overnight parking.

Whatever direction you're coming from, just head to N 22nd St (SR 121), but if you're heading North on SR 121, you'll need to turn left onto E Division St as you can only get onto E Olive St coming from North. From E Division St (or E Olive St, depending whether you're arriving from North or South), turn right on to N 21st St, then left on to E Garfield Ave. You'll literally see the Parke Warehouse building from there.

Parke Warehouse has an abundance of room to maneuvere. When you enter the lot, the shipping/receiving office is on left (you'll see the door), but you need to park in the North lot before checking in (you'll see a sign indicating this). If picking up, your load number will begin with TLNA-SO-.

You MUST make sure your trailer is clean, free of odours, no jagged edges on inside, no protruding nails etc as this is a food grade location. If you don't make sure your trailer is clean, there's a good chance you'll get rejected, so if you don't make sure your trailer is clean, don't pi$$ & moan if you get rejected.

GPS will take you right to if you are using a RM. Go to the back of the lot and park in the gravel. Go see receiving, you went by them on the way in, and check in. They unloaded fairly quick. When they get done they bring paperwork out. You can park in the gravel lot while your getting your next marching orders. They might let you use the facilities if you ask but they are in the break room marked employees only. Over all it's not a bad place.
