Nate, Ray, Wes & Mike all were exceptional, surpassing all my expectations. I had a baby grand player piano moved and delivered from my neighbors home to mine...and, secondly had an heirloom family upright piano removed from my home. Alden's Piano had been recommended by my Church Choirmaster.
The guys from Alden called 15 minutes before they arrived, as expected. They were courteous and businesslike. They prepared the 6' Steinway grand quickly and were out the door. They arrived at the destination before I did. There were only 7 risers on the stairs to manage but did so quickly and surely. They replaced the Steinway casters with a grand piano dolly system with ease. All was done in less than an hour.
I recommend Alden's Piano for moving pianos. Next up will be piano tuning and re-felting the Steinway.

These guys are amazing! They got a large upright piano down a tight staircase in a two story walk up in 20 minutes. They were punctual, professional, and the cost was fair. I will use them again next time I have to move my piano.
