Waukegan Tire is first class with service, I don't trust anyone else with my suburban.
They are a very family friendly, have a great work center, kids indoor/outdoor playground, they truly treat everyone like family.

quality repair work in a timely manner! I would highly recommend. i find their prices to be very competitive. i went in for a repair that I was certain would cost me at least a couple of hundred dollars and $30 and 15 minutes later - problem solved! I was very pleased. Nice, friendly, and honest repair shop!

I've been coming to Waukegan Tire for over 35 years and Jerry Nerheim and his team have never let us down. For the past 20 yrs I've worked with Fred and he's very knowledgeable. So for all your wheel and tire needs ask for Fred or Javier!! A++++++

Not only does Waukegan tire in Park City have the best prices for tires and service, the staff is very customer friendly! My car actually drives like new after my recent repair and my car has 133,000 miles. I am VERY happy with the service and highly recommend. I do have one complaint though, I'm not happy with the credit card surcharge!

Absolutely fantastic experience! I went in and was greeted immediately by a gentleman named Mark. Explained my issue and he came out to meet me. I had taken my tire off so he took it from me and told me they would call me. I didn't think much of it and went the rest of the day without any information. The thing is they were very busy and I knew I'd probably be low priority which was fine by me. I went in at the end of the day and Mark told me that they were working on it at the moment. I sat for a few moments and they returned my tire with 3 fixes. He even recommended I get a new tire soon but didn't press me on it because he understood my financial situation. Friendly and respectful and a very decent price. Will return when I need tires! Thanks to everyone for their hard work!

Although they provide prompt assistance over the phone ( ask for Eric, great help!) Onsite staff isn’t the friendliest, they have a huge sign saying SERVICE ENTRANCE to pull into the shop which you would assume you pull up to and right next to it there is a door you walk into for service. I get off my vehicle ready to go into the service door and a staff member rudely states I’m in the way. He doesn’t offer any assistance he just states I’m in the way. Rather than explaining to a customer what the procedure is he rather mistreat or not offer any help to a customer. I mentioned I was getting service but he still told me I’m in the way. If this isn’t the SERVICE ENTRANCE door then label it differently or have a sign saying park in the lot first! Or better yet train the employees to provide better customer service. Aside from that the experience it would’ve been much more pleasant.
