Horrible customer service. We had to call multiple times to actually get the product delivered. This company should not be in business until they have better organization and communication practices with customers. Or until they can just deliver the product when it’s ordered.

Since moving back to Illinois from Alaska we have had nothing but people from the moving company to the real estate brokers to the roofing company we hire to replace our roof rip us off cause more damage to our home. In addition cause us thousands of dollars of damage or needed repair BUT NOT this business at all still does business with honesty integrity and does not damage your property or over charge you or sell you broken or damaged things at full price like everyone else has. Or sends subcontracted unlicensed illegal immigrants to do the job who have only been in the country 5 months to do asbestos removal with no training no certificate or license or experience to remove and are themselves unprotected and I could go on and on from what we have experienced with other businesses and we’ll know name businesses at that. They were more that polite friendly helpful and respectful of loading my personal truck bed with mulch not to damage it and delivered rock twice for my driveway and spread it evenly and for my landscaping. Now I can’t say that it’s still in good condition now that another company did roofing on our house they contaminated the mulch and rock with debris and asbestos from the roof they kicked off the second story without any tarps and worked four days 14 hour days without a porta potty and instead used my yard with a crew of six who never left all day and never asked to use my bathroom it was disgusting.. there is absolutely no comparison. Yes there hours are flexible and yes you need to call somethings and wait for a call back to purchase or schedule a delivery and some might have to wait a day or two but it’s well worth the service the honesty the integrity of the business owner and even the price they are always fair and trusting and treat people like they are trustworthy and they never try to rip you off or sell you substandard anything. They will always have my business

Worst truck service i have eeeeever experienced!! They were sau they would lay rock he didnt. He poured in a spot and didnt pull up. Now i have to go quality rental and het like a bobcat now! He drove in my neighbors yard puting ruts. Then on his way out he breaks off a tree limb. Of all trucks here never had any of them hit my trees stupid nervous driver. You just caused me more $ thanks alot!!!!

She's incredibly rude on the phone. Told us to be there before 4. We got there at 3:40. Called the number, this is what she said, "yeah, well guess what, he's in the shower and he ain't coming back up."
Why don't you say, "sorry, we're closed today."

Ordered rock delivered from Rich and Mary more than once. Great old timey folks who always treated us well. Great to people to work with at their freeburg location on Saturdays.

It would not allow zero stars or I would have given that. Today, one of their careless drivers (license plate 142 400 Illinois truck #48) who clearly didn't want to wait his turn to merge into my lane on I-64. He attempted to force his way into my lane which was forcing me to move out of my lane. His truck came within inches of my toddler's door. Bully and wreck-less move. I called the # to complain and the woman who answered couldn't have cared any less. She casually said she would say something at the driver meeting but when I continued to tell her that this guy drove as if he didn't have a care for my or my child's safety, she hung up on me. Any intelligent business owner would want to know any wreck less move by their employee, but this lady was indifferent.
