Got here last night. They weren't able to unload me(12 hours early) but I was able to park. They open up for delivery at 6am. They got me in and unloaded right away. Very nice office staff.

If you're picking up a load, arrive as early in the morning as you can. You can park for your 10 hour break if you need to, ether on the shipping side or receiving side. I had an 11:00 appointment, arrived at 07:00 and checked in, given a door at 07:15 and loaded by 08:00. Gone 30 minutes later. They stage the loads at night and say the earlier you check in the faster you'll get loaded. Their not busy in the morning but after 11:00 they get busy and it might take a couple of hours to get loaded. Lots of room to maneuver and the loads are usually heavy.

Been here 3 hours. Loaded with the wrong product, reloaded with another product. Sitting in the dock done, been waiting on paperwork for a hour now. The original lady in the office is extremely nice. The replacements not so much

Company sucks the shipping ladies are nice but I was there for 8 hours to get loaded and I got there even 2 more hours before my appointment time they made me wait until my appoiment and still took them 8 hours to finish
