Don’t recommend anyone to work for this company they don’t know how to talk to you and they don’t know how to treat they drivers they flew me way from Texas say I was approved for lease purchase I taked my drug screen and all completed orientation. I ACCIDENTALLY FOR GOT TO PACK SHOWS IN MY BAG, I TOLD THEM I WOULD BUY ME SOME IF I HAVE TO I JUST NEED A RIDE THEY REFUSE TO BRING ME TO WALMART 3.3 miles to buy me some with my own money . THE STAFF TOLD ME ITS NOT THEY RESPONSIBILITY TO BRING ME ANYWHERE THEY REFUSED. TWO DAYS IN THE HOTEL FOR THEM TO SAY WE LETTING ME GO AND TOLD ME GET OUT THE ROOM AND THAT THEY WAS GOING CALL THE HOTEL TO PUT ME OUT I WAS TOLD BY SILVER TRUCKING FIND MY OWN WAY BACK HOME AND 5 mins later the hotel clerk came banging on the door saying I have to get out. My fiancé had to drive 12 hours to come get me so I had to walk 3 miles with my suit case to another hotel and pay for me a room. I WAS LEFT IN THE COLD WAY IN PONTOON IL WHERE IDK ANYONE IT WAS SNOWING. 7years of driving this is the 2 worst company I ever delt with . DONT drive for them they will lie to you have you waiting for trucks they claim they got and don’t have. I WILL NOT LIE TO MY FELLOW DRIVES PLS LISTEN TO ME OR YOU WIL END UP JUST LIKE ME

I was only with them for a very short time. The equipment was awesome. New trucks. New trailers. Dispatch would call every morning for an update and then leave you to drive. Any breakdown issues were dealt with quickly. All in all an overall good company. Always room for improvememt but then again who doesnt have that.

Sheila is the only person you can talk to and she wont sugar coat anything and be straight up (awesome person), in the other hand everyone else is a complete joke this company will tell you your loads pay so much and end up giving you something for way less, they will literally put you up for failure. The truck they had me lease was for $220k which is totally not worth it at all for the 600k miles it had. Stay away from this company!!!

I will suggest anyone to Silver and I have. Silver gives you the tools and the equipment that will make you feel comfortable and confident while you're out on the road. I experience being a company driver and also a lease driver and I could say that the structure of this company is solid. If you're looking for a home you could find it here.

This is a good company to run with! The office personnel are Always available to help their drivers,very professional & approachable. They make the transition to Silver Trucking simple! Your schedule is your own. Ive been able to see my grandkids when I want to without "requesting" time! You are treated like a responsible adult!! If you own your own rig or want to drive company...come to Silver Trucking LLC!

It’s now two months after my original 45 days and I have now called well over 15 times to get my escrow back. Everyone I've talk to has gave me the run around. The owner Ben is either never in or on a call. Now they’re just ignoring my calls unless I call from another number. The trailer I returned was in great condition and in working order. Returned all items that needed to be turned in except 1 fuel card out of the 2 I received. I just want my escrow back. I Have video of trailer I dropped off as well as the email stating my truck insurance was cut off as soon as I left the yard.
