DRIVERS ATTENTION!!!!!!! please stay away from this company! I was on a load in Myrtle Beach sc with this company book the load at 8am got to the pick up at 1:45pm set at the shipper until 5:00 only to find out that the load was being put on the truck in front of me ..the loader refuse to load my truck off of their mistake.. the broker refuse to get the loader to load the truck ..then the broker comes to me saying i only can offer 150 which is fair in the industry...not offering me 1 cent for my time wasting and knowing it was to late to book another load...they are not a fair company to work with ..please stay away

Disjointed Transport

We hauled a load for these guys recently and upon delivery submitted all paperwork for quick pay as always. Being the current state of this industry we choose to only work with companies who offer this. While under load communication was top notch wanting to know everything. However now that it’s past time for me to be paid I can no longer receive a response at ALL!!! No reply to emails. Accounting doesn’t answer the phone EVER!!!! This is a poor way to conduct business and I simply can not recommend doing business with them. This is in reference to load# 1069508.

Carriers! If you book a load with this broker, please, keep looking, because they will email you at 5:30EST and announce that load JUST has been cancelled. All business close at this time, so translation- we found a cheaper carrier! Everyone knows that in this market it's easier to find a truck than a load, but oh boy, what people do to save a few bucks!

Don't do business with these guys. Under no circumstances, let your drivers talk to them directly if the line is not being recorded. Very unpleasant experience. Brokers are unprofessional and will lie to you. They lied about appointment time, and delivery turned out to be 3 days later. Not only did they refuse to pay layover, but they didn't even pay one hour of detention.
I don't care if someone replies with "please contact us and we'll resolve this issue" because that's going to be another lie. Already contacted them several times, including general manager, they didn't try to contact me once. But it's okay. I have screenshots of confirmation dates and also screenshots of macro point with the exact date that it was scheduled for. I tried to be reasonable and fair, but I'm taking a different approach this time.

We hauled a load on 02-09 to 02-10-2022, invoice was e-mailed to accounting on 02-14 with bill of loading. No payment after 2 months and two reminders. When you call them they are very unfriendly and accounting is not answering phone.
Be aware to take further steps to ge paid or avoid them at all.

Drivers Stay away from this Broker I made a delivery in Danville, Illinois. (Dervis Metal) November 19 I spent seven hours to unload I was always in touch with Mr. John Burque. to pay me detention. until today all the response I receive are evasive that they receive no answer that they not answer the e-mail that the manager is out for Holidays,and so far I have not received any compensation. it is very frustrating that one is seven hours to unload and not paid me for the time lost in that place in addition to the charges that are canceled due to this delay. I did my job, I picked up the cargo on time, I arrived at the receiver on time, my arrival and departure time is set in the BOL with the signature, they just don't want to pay This is the last answer from Mr John Burke”At this point it may be easier to get you on anther load this week or next and just pay you more on the load that way. What area of the country do you like to stay in?”

BAD BAD BROKER. DO NOT USE. YOU WILL RECEIVE A CLAIM.
We hauled a load from Dallas, TX to Tullahoma, TN. This load was some used restaurant equipment. When they loaded in Dallas, they just threw the stuff inside the trailer. When we delivered, the customer wrote on the BOL that there were damages. We called the customer (receiver) he said they told him that all of the equipment was in good condition. He opened the claim against the seller not the carrier. The seller and broker blamed us and they wanted to deduct it from our rate. When we spoke with the broker they told us there was another carrier (truck) that picked up and delivered at the same places and they had damages, too. The customer confirmed this as well. I do NOT recommend using this broker because they want carriers to haul freight free for them.
