Anthony is a fantastic salesman he helped us navigate through the process to find the perfect car. Todd in finance made the process extremely easy. called a week before i dropped it off ( new ram laramie i bought from them, our sales guy is great, JOE, this review here is about the service department) to let know the parts i needed) light switch / head lamp switch/ 68156061ad, and a trailer connector/ 68573359aa as well as oil, lube filter, rotate and plug a tire. guys took all info over phone and set a date a week in the future, i dropped it off on thursday jan 16th and was told it might be done by end of the day. i waited in paris, il for 4 hours and called and they said it would not be done that day as they had to order parts and that it might take a day or 2 & that they would call with any updates. So, i went home to terre haute: 35 miles away. i heard nothing for a week. i get a call from someone saying my truck s done on thursday jan 23 and so i go to paris to pick it up, they say the truck was actualy done a week ago, i am miffed about that, but go and i thank them, pay, and go out to my truck where the only thing that was done was oil change/rotate/plug.
i was charged $170 for this oil change/plug/rotate and diagnostic to tell me what i told them before brought it in: that it needs new parts for light switch and trailer plug. i walk back in to let them know it isnt done, they have no clue & arent sure what to say. once it was reserched, they come back and say that a part is on backorder and it could be a long time before they get the parts. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, was out of use of my truck that had been sitting there for a week untouched, i need a refund and will not go back, no commication with me, no communication amounst themselves, etc. NOT COOL

I had a very good experience buying my Trailblazer this week. Anthony was very helpful assisting me to find the right suv for my needs. Everyone was very helpful and kind. Todd even helped me pick out and purchase some assesories that I needed. This was the second vehicle we have purchased from them and are very pleased with the service.
