We bought a Black stainless Oven, fridge, and dishwasher by whirlpool. And then a washer and dryer from Amana. When we were ringing out we were told that not only would delivery AND installation be included, but that since we bought 5 appliances there it was 10% off which wound up saving us about $500!!! Their delivery team was quick and knowledgeable. I highly, highly recommend them from start to finish!

I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I will tell you the customer service of this company goes above and beyond like any company I have seen in a very long time. My experience with them I must say was stellar. Last week my freezer stopped working and I called one company who came out but was unable to service due to type of freon so he recommended Holtaus. I called emergency number that night and they were at my home the next morning. The technician was very friendly and up front with what I was facing. The current freezer was just a year old and the other appliance store from Springfield, Il was not able to service it for 2 weeks and I had a freezer full of meat that was in jeopardy. I really was up against the wall. The technician told me they had freezers in stock and after several phone calls by the technician they were able to arrange a delivery for our new freezer that afternoon. I had just gotten out of the hospital and I really didn't know how I was going to be able to transfer all the meat by myself, when they arrived with the new freezer I explained my situation and they were more than willing to help me get new freezer in position and all the meat transferred and set up ready to go. I can't express enough how much I appreciate this company, the customer service, and the prompt service I received. Would give this ten stars if I could. Highly recommend.

Was very friendly and explained the problem. They were upfront about the repair only being temporary. Told me to fix it, there would be more in labor and parts than a new machine would probably cost. The price for this temporary fix was very, very reasonable. Will definitely go to them again!

I can't say enough about this business. I've been a customer for about 15 years and whenever I call weather it's for a yearly service for furnace or AC unit they put me on the list and usually get to me within the week. If it's and emergency they come right out. Very professional and friendly and polite. I recommend them for any of your appliances and of course furnace and AC.

We always get excellent friendly service from these guys. Whether it’s calling them to check on a an appliance part or asking if they can come troubleshoot our geothermal system. Dependable friendly service!
