Terrible customer service. Every time our machine needed service, they wanted to walk us through it over the phone instead of sending a technician out. When I called to cancel our services with them, I was yelled at and asked why I would want to do that. He then demanded to know who we were choosing to do business with instead. Very rude people. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I will never do business with them again.

Been trying to obtain a refund for damaged items since August. Jeffrey gave me a link to file the claim which I did file. After many follow ups I was told the claim had been settled but I still don’t have a refund. I contacted UPS and was told “although I filed the claim only the sender receives the outcomes of the claim.” But it was my money?

One of their drivers almost ran me off of the road with my baby in the car! When I called with the license plate number the person who answered the phone was really rude! Based off of how I was spoken to and treated I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I was told they don’t like my “kind” anyway.
