I had such a great experience working at IIK Transport. Dispatcher Lera is easygoing and very experienced—many thanks to her! The shop guys are nice and hardworking, always keeping my truck in great shape.

Booked a load with them and they had great service and communication! Updated me on the freight and was very kind. I would definitely keep booking them on my freight. I just wish every carrier was more like they are. Very good company.

Ice flew off one of there trucks and shattered my windshield. I got the truck information. My windshield was shattered I had to pull over. Instead of doing anything they said when I called I should have run the truck down. With a smashed windshield? That would not have been safe. Take some responsibility your truck caused this.

Do not do any business with this company. They use very dangerous drivers and when you call to make a complaint against one of their drivers they rudely hang up on you. Safety is not a concern to them. I was traveling eastbound yesterday around shipshewana Indiana. I was at a light and it turned green. Next thing I know as I was beginning to go, their driver passes me on the right on the shoulder traveling 30 to 40 mph continues through the intersection out of lane of travel continuing on the shoulder on the opposite side (I also drive a semi) and almost rear ends a Amish buggy to get around me. If I could post the video with this post I would.
