Service is AMAZING. 5 stars on that alone. Tom Yum Soup & Egg Foo Young (w/Brown gravy) are definitely standouts. The hot & sour, Mongolian beef, sweet n sour shrimp, and kung pao dishes were typical Chinese take out. If you were ruint for life by Formosa in Hoover, stick to egg foo young w/gravy & Tom Young Soup and you won’t be disappointed. I will update my review if I try another stand out. We came as they were about to close. The lady stayed late to cook our meal, which I greatly appreciate because I had arrived in at Bham Airport and everything was closed. We will go here based upon the service alone, but I’m always going to get the soup & egg foo young & probably try another sauce/dish

Always a pleasure to visit this family owned place. We eat there weekly and have since they opened way back when. I can't remember when that was.
Food is always piping hot and full of flavor. We've had everything on the menu and have never been disappointed.

We like to swap from one side to the other on the menu page. The egg rolls are wonderful and I always get two. Soups are hot and fresh. Very good.
I can't pick a favorite item because I love them all.

Family owned with a home cooked taste. Portions are generous and amazing for the price. Hands down, the best fried dumplings you will ever find. So if you're ever in the area give this little gem a try. I know you will happy you did.

Going there tonight, in just a couple of hours actually. I'm excited to be back in town with enough time to drop in!!!!

Love these guys so much!! This place has been around for quite a while now, and they have not disappointed us once. The quality seems to have remained steadfast over the years, which is more than can be said about a lot of restaurants. It is a smaller dining area, but has a nice atmosphere that will make you feel at home.
Covid update: We had not been able to visit for over a year, and they still remembered us after all this time. They have wonderful safety measures (pick up only now) in place and still provide fast, friendly, and excellent service. Love you guys!
