It's the best pizza I've tried in Chicago. We all enjoyed it so much. The truffle fries and garlic knot were great as well! I definitely come back for more 🍕🍕🍕!

I recently visited Tievoli Pizza Bar, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! We indulged in an array of delicious appetizers, including buffalo wings, garlic knots, and mozzarella bites. Each dish was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection.

For our main course, we enjoyed the classic cheese pizza along with the unique Honey Sriracha and Vodka Sicilian. The combination of flavors was simply outstanding, and the crust was just the right amount of crispy.

The restaurant itself had a lovely cozy vibe, beautifully decorated, which made for a pleasant atmosphere to dine in. Additionally, the customer service was exceptional—friendly and attentive staff made us feel right at home.

Every real pizza place makes their own sauce and dough but not all pizza is created equal.

The variety of sauces here really impress and satisfy everyone in the family. Quality, real ingredients combined together into something that might as well belong in a museum because it’s simply a work of art.

No seed oils in the dough (confirmed by Giovanni, the owner) is a big win in my book.

Tievoli Pizza Bar in Palatine is an absolute gem! I tried their house special, the Tievoli pizza, and it was simply wonderful. The NY style crust was perfectly crisp on the outside with zero flop. The toppings were fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned, making every bite a delicious experience. Picture below for all ingredients in this specialty pie!

The atmosphere is modern and vibrant, and the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect throughout my visit. It's clear they take pride in their food and service.

If you're a pizza lover, you must check this place out. The Tievoli pizza is a must-try, and I can't wait to come back to explore more of their menu. Highly recommend!

Went in today for the Harvest Pizza. Oh my gosh, there is so much going on in this pizza but it is so well balanced with flavor. The crust is delicious and crunchy. Also had a cheese and sausage pizza (thank you for that) It was delicious. Get a taste of this harvest pizza before its gone. You won't be sorry. So glad we got the large. This is all that's left between me and my husband 😁😋

I had the best gluten-free pizza tonight at Tievoli! I’ve tried many GF pizzas in the area, and this one is by far the best—perfectly crispy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Even my boyfriend, who isn’t gluten-free, loved it and had no idea it was GF! On top of the amazing food, the service was outstanding—the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. Highly recommend Tievoli for anyone looking for a great dining experience!

In my opinion, Tievoli is the best restaurant in Palatine. The food is outstanding, and the service is just as impressive. The Hellraiser pizza is a must-try, while every sandwich comes on a perfectly baked roll. The pasta dishes are equally fantastic, with the lasagna roll-ups standing out as a favorite. On top of that, the staff is always friendly, professional, and attentive, making every visit a great experience. Highly recommend!

This rating is specifically for their food truck. Excellent all around! Fast, friendly service, ready in a few minutes. I ordered the Hellraiser with hot honey and it was delicious! Just enough spice without going overboard. The dough was fresh and springy. The basil leaves really brought out the flavor! The truck is a sight to see on its own! High up, all windows on the business side where you can see the entire process.
