Let’s talk about the good. They have a qr scanner. But so do 30 other places within a 5 minute drive from there.
Alright the bad. I had to send a package back that I did not get a QR code for. I went there 3 times in one day because when I first arrived the sign said on the outside door said “open” and the sign on the inside door read “be back at 1” since it was 1245 I assumed they were on lunch so I waited. 1:10 came around and still no one was there. Knocked on the door no answer. Finally left. Came back at 3 sign on the door said “be back at 4:30” knocked again no answer. Left came back at 5:15 sign on the door read “be back at 630” They close at 7. I heard voices in the back so I knocked and they answered from the back after a while of knocking. That they were busy and could not help me. And then just stopped responding.

This is my second time coming here with my truck, and once again, they won’t open the doors. It’s clear they have no desire to work.

Good luck returning your items..it's easy pray, follow the signs! In a circle or five until you just give up and park and walk up to the employee entrance and have to make the return there, because you're not a flex driver. It's Amazon tho, not surprised.

I drive for a company here and I gotta say things are getting better day by day but needs improvement. Parking lots need secure trash area or a dumpster, this isn't the south side of Chicago. Also, driving lanes and loading areas should be managed better. Too many times I've arrived with no package in the express lane and I sit there for at least ten minutes waiting for someone to see that I'm ready to go home. Driving and delivering packages for 10 hours is enough already. Come on guys. Some tea or a cup of soup wouldn't hurt a driver after a long day.edit: it's been months since working here, we all got laid off after many years of hard work we got left high and dry.

The workers at this Amazon location completely ruined my Amazon flex order. The addresses in my itinerary were wrong and I was missing atleast 3 packages! The workers at this location need to do a better job at organizing packages for delivery drivers! They did horribly and I’m very disappointed!

We had 2 deliveries scheduled for yesterday 08/04/24 from Amazon. First delivery person parks in front of house. Never got out of vehicle. We received a automated voicemail “stating we tried to contact you with no response, delivery to be rescheduled.” Delivery person did not attempt delivery, he drove away. Same thing happened later in the day with 2nd item to be delivered. Except this time my wife went out and stopped the delivery person and received the package. The delivery person stated he had many more deliveries and didn’t have time to deliver our package.

3 days now and I am still waiting for a package.
First one disappeared along with the driver who we where told they could not get in touch with. Today the driver never even rang our buzzer. So they are hiring lazy drivers or just thieves. Not to mention our delivery instructions state to bring all deliverys to the building as my wife uses a wheelchair an still they bring them to the other side of the complex to the mail room an we only get excuses. Worst part is this delivery has a passcode we have to give the driver which we can't give if they don't ring the door buzzer.

This is a HUGE Warehouse building. The Customer entrance for pickup and returns is actually on the side front of the building, not at the Main Entrance...

For returns, it's quite simple. Bring in the package and have the Bar Code available. They'll scan the Bar Code and then you're out the door...
