Avoid this place—their trucks are poorly maintained. I rented a truck, drove it a short distance, and dropped it off. The guy who checked it said everything looked fine, and I got billed. But a few days later, another guy charged me a ridiculous amount, claiming the 'turn signal' had fallen out. I saw the photos—it’s a joke. It definitely looked like they pulled it out themselves. No accident, no dent. I can’t even fight it because I didn’t take photos before and after. They claim they told me to, but they never did. Feels like they just look for creative ways to rip you off.

Great service! This was our first time renting with this vehicle so we were a little nervous. Mike B was so helpful. The experience was great and we won't hesitate to rent again when needed.

Got propane super friendly service extremely quickly and MIKE helped me out a great deal. Took the time to explain the dates on my propane tank and how to read each tank. Best price in town to buy propane.

I believe it was Mike B that was helping me, but overall great costumer service! The Van I rented was clean and worked well. The guys at the front gave me some good pointers with fueling up. Would definitely recommend this location!

The Uhaul Application is slow and has some bugs . Please fix it. It took me 15 minutes to compete the check out. And finally my active and past listing disappeared and it took me another 10 minutes to take pictures and videos for my purpose . Other than that i like uhaul. And this particular Palatine uhaul staff really professional and nice. . thanks

The staff is great. They’re knowledgeable and patient. I have recommended this location to multiple people and they are all as pleased as I am. I drive the extra ten minutes to use this location vs the closer one!
